This gîte of the Manufacture Royale is located on an estate classified as a historic monument of the 18th century, with its castle, its gardens and its old industrial buildings. Quietly nested in the valley of the river Le Côney, you are 3 km from the village of Bains-les-Bains.

The Cottage is located in the center of the Estate and offers a ground floor apartment facing south.
You will enjoy a large living room / kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC. A single sofa bed in the living room allows you to accommodate a third person. A private terrace completes the set.

The Manufacture Royale has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September). There is also a large park with exceptional trees. The many animals  (donkeys, goats, horses, ducks...) on the estate will delight the youngest.  You can also visit the Chapel and the exhibition which recalls the history of the Manufacture;

Bikes are available free of charge to take advantage of the Voie Bleue located at 100 meters from the Domaine.
You can also play ping-pong, badminton or petanque.

Private parking is available free of charge for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
The towns of Épinal and Remiremont are 30 km away.
