La Manufacture Royale offers this gîte located on an estate listed as an 18th-century historical monument, with its château, gardens, and former industrial buildings. Peacefully situated in the valley of the Le Côney river, you are 3 km from the village of Bains-les-Bains.

This large, detached holiday home features a spacious kitchen with a wood-burning stove on the ground floor, and a large open-plan living and dining area with a piano and pool table. You have direct access to a private terrace with garden furniture and a large barbecue. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable TV lounge and seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, accommodating up to 15 people.

The Royal Factory features a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to September) and large open spaces for walking among exceptional trees in the park. The estate's many animals (donkeys, goats, horses, ducks, etc.) will delight younger visitors. You can also visit the exhibition which recalls the history of the Factory as well as the Chapel.

Bicycles are available free of charge for you to enjoy the Blue Route which passes 100 meters from the Domaine.
You can also play ping-pong, badminton or pétanque.

Free private parking is available for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
You will be staying 30 km from the towns of Épinal and Remiremont.
