La Manufacture Royale offers this gîte located on a listed 18th-century historic estate, with its castle, gardens, and former industrial buildings. Located in a peaceful setting in the Côney River valley, it's just 3 km from the village of Bains-les-Bains.

This large, independent gîte features a large kitchen with a wood-burning stove on the ground floor, and a spacious common room with a dining room and a lounge with table football. You have direct access to a private terrace with garden tables (barbecue available upon request). Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable TV lounge and seven bedrooms that can accommodate up to 15 people. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The Royal Factory has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September) as well as large spaces for walking with exceptional trees in the park. The many animals (donkeys, goats, horses, ducks, etc.) on the estate will delight the youngest. You can also visit the exhibition which recalls the history of the Manufacture as well as the Chapel.

Bicycles are available free of charge to help you enjoy the Blue Way, which passes 100 meters from the Estate.
You can also play ping-pong, badminton or pétanque.

Free private parking is available for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
You will stay 30 km from the towns of Épinal and Remiremont.
