La Manufacture Royale offers this gîte located on a listed 18th-century historic estate, with its castle, gardens, and former industrial buildings. Located in a peaceful setting in the Côney River valley, it's just 3 km from the village of Bains-les-Bains.

The Gîte du Canal is housed in a small house with a beautiful stone fireplace. This is where the factory's workers lived in the 18th century. The rooms are interconnected, with a charming kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. You'll also enjoy a private outdoor terrace overlooking the peaceful water canal that supplied the factory.

The Royal Factory has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September) as well as large spaces for walking with exceptional trees in the park. The many animals (donkeys, goats, horses, ducks, etc.) on the estate will delight the youngest. You can also visit the exhibition which recalls the history of the Factory as well as the Chapel.

Bicycles are available free of charge to help you enjoy the Blue Way, which passes 100 meters from the Estate.
You can also play ping-pong, badminton or pétanque.

Free private parking is available for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
You will stay 30 km from the towns of Épinal and Remiremont.
