This gîte of the Manufacture Royale is located on an estate classified as a historic monument of the 18th century, with its castle, its gardens and its old industrial buildings. Quietly nested in the valley of the river Le Côney, you are 3 km from the village of Bains-les-Bains.
Built in the former "Maison du Mécanicien", this house with an enclosed private garden has, on the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds, a laundry room with WC, a welcoming entrance hall and a terrace. You will reach the floor by a small period stone staircase. You will find a kitchen living room, a bathroom, separate toilets, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The Manufacture Royale has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September). There is also a large park with exceptional trees. The many animals (donkeys, goats, horses, ducks...) on the estate will delight the youngest. You can also visit the Chapel and the exhibition which recalls the history of the Manufacture;
Bikes are available free of charge to take advantage of the Voie Bleue located at 100 meters from the Domaine.
You can also play ping-pong, badminton or petanque.
Private parking is available free of charge for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.

Located in a pretty house in the heart of the Domaine, this gîte can accommodate large families or friends on two levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, two bathrooms and a kitchen which open onto a private south-facing terrace. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed.
La Manufacture Royale has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September) and large walking areas with exceptional trees in the park. The numerous animals (donkeys, goats, horses, ducks, etc.) present on the estate will delight the little ones.
