This gîte of the Manufacture Royale is located on an estate classified as a historic monument of the 18th century, with its castle, its gardens and its old industrial buildings. Quietly nested in the valley of the river Le Côney, you are 3 km from the village of Bains-les-Bains.
Gîte du Canal is located in a small house with a beautiful stone fireplace. This is where the workers of the Manufacture lived in the 18th Century. The rooms are in a row with a pretty kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with separate WC. You will also enjoy a private outdoor terrace which overlooks the peaceful supply canal which supplied the factory.
The Manufacture Royale has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September). There is also a large park with exceptional trees. The many animals (donkeys, goats, horses, ducks...) on the estate will delight the youngest. You can also visit the Chapel and the exhibition which recalls the history of the Manufacture;
Bikes are available free of charge to take advantage of the Voie Bleue located at 100 meters from the Domaine.
You can also play ping-pong, badminton or petanque.
Private parking is available free of charge for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
The towns of Épinal and Remiremont are 30 km away.

Located in a pretty house in the heart of the Domaine, this gîte can accommodate large families or friends on two levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (120), two bathrooms and a kitchen which open onto a private south-facing terrace. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed.
La Manufacture Royale has a heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September) and large walking areas with exceptional trees in the park.
